From the Heart of Dominican Republic

Handcrafted in the Dominican Republic, this rum adheres to very strict regulations to be called "Dominican Rum." The process begins with high-quality sugar cane that is processed for fermentation and distillation.
The rum is then aged in a variety of American and French oak barrels, with the distiller performing several flushing, blending and re-sweeping steps over the years. The final blends are a selection of aged rums, carefully hand-selected for a rum worth chasing.
A unique and sweet flavour that transports us to Sugarland.

BOTTLE OF RUM?
This may vary depending on the country of origin but depending on the United States or the EU if there is a
age statement on a bottle of rum, the youngest rum in the blend defines that number.
WHAT ARE THE AGE RANGES OF RON KIRK AND SWEENEY?
The Reserve includes rums aged between 3 and 14 years. The Gran Reserva includes aged rums
between 5 and 20 years. The Gran Reserva Superior includes rums aged between 6 and 25 years. Each
The batch will be unique as the producer will combine various age statements throughout the aging process.

WHAT IS THE PRODUCER'S MIXING PROCESS?
The producer carries out several pouring, blending and reshipping steps over the years during
the aging process, and from there it continues to age with an average age.
